Matcha latte gummies 🍵 😵. I start every sing Matcha latte gummies 🍵 😵. I start every single day with matcha- it’s my thing. I still get that little buzz I know + love but with out the racing heart + jitters I get from coffee.

The secret to enjoying matcha is absolutely in the quality though- choose the best quality matcha that’s in your budget (and make sure the colour is vibrant green and not at all yellow) + you’ll fall in love. I like mine with cacao butter, moringa + adaptogens but of course it’s divine on its own or in these matcha latte gummies 🙂

Recipe linked in my bio friends. You can also just google ‘matcha gummies’ or find the ‘matcha gummy’ highlight and click the sticker x

This forever-fav chocolate + tahini bread was made This forever-fav chocolate + tahini bread was made this weekend, after finally winning the battle of buying enough bananas to outlast my childrens appetite. The wait was worth it!

If this has been on your list a little while I honestly urge you yo make it- it’s my fav for good reason!

I added in some extra Christmas spices today, cos obviously it’s almost December + it would be rude not to! Every Christmas I give my kids all my last-years spices (to play potions with), and stock up on fresh, organic spices from @thesourcebulkfoods . Ensuring you fav fresh spices makes all the difference in baking, and since I’m shopping plastic free I feel totally great about this decision:) #Ad

This is truly THE BEST homemade nut milk you’ll This is truly THE BEST homemade nut milk you’ll ever have 🥛 🌱 . Creamy, no-nasty nut milk that is better for you and better for the planet with 3 simple steps: scoop, add water and blend.

I am truly so obsessed with how good the @ulu_hye milk is. The best tasting + the best ingredients
and so affordable at only $3 per litre, and my code PP20 gets you a wonderful discount for the rest
of the year (valid until 31/12/22).

In my opinion the @ulu_hye is THE best milk alternative on the market. It is zero waste (and saves
10 Tetra Packs from landfill with every jar 🌍 ), so simple to make (you only need 60 seconds) and has
literally the best ingredients. I’m obsessed. Seriously, they deserve an award or something 🙂

You can get all 5 flavours online (almond, nut, hazelnut, hemp and chocolate) + use PP20 to make
it even more affordable. #uluhye #mylkbase ##uluhyemylkbases
NEW RECIPE; Blood-nourishing herbed beetroot and g NEW RECIPE; Blood-nourishing herbed beetroot and goats cheese fritters with a special
ingredients. Paleo, grain free, gut friendly.
These fritters are PEREFCT if you want to sneak in the @cellsquared Grass Fed Beef Liver capsules so you get all the benefits, but no liver taste. The beetroot and herbs in these wholesome patties so easily disguise and hint of the flavour, they’re so good!

Herbed beetroot and goats cheese fritters

Serves 4

250g (2 cups packed), peeled, trimmed and finely grated beetroot
3 small/2 large eggs
1/3 cup finely chopped, packed parsley (leaves only)
1/3 cup finely chopped, packed mint (leaves only)
8 Cell Squared Grass Fed Beef Liver capsules
200g goats cheese or feta
1 tsp group cumin
1 Tbsp lemon zest
2 Tbsp coconut flour
Optional dipping sauce
2/3 cup yoghurt of choice
1 Tbsp lemon juice
½ cucumber, very finely grated
a few pinches smoked paprika
To serve
Roquette
Cucumber slices
Fermented veggies or pickles

1. If you’ve not done so already wash your produce. Trim the root off the beetroot and and peel
off the skin. Grate the beetroot using the finer holes on your grated (if you only have a large
holed grater thats ok, it’ll still work just fine). Remove leaves from herbs and finely chop,
then pack into a measuring cup to measure.

2. Place beetroot over a fine sieve and take 2-3 minutes to squeeze out all the excess juice that
you can- this will make the fritters crispier.

3. Add beetroot into a large mixing bowl with all remaining ingredients. Mix well until deep
red and uniform.

4. Heat a frypan over medium heat. Once hot add 1 Tbsp coconut oil and heat for 30s. Add the
beetroot mix in ¼ cup measurements, squashing each patty so it is 1-2cm thick. Fry for 5
minutes then flip and fry the other side for 5 minutes. Repeat until all the mixture has been
cooked (this should make 8-9 patties). NOTE- for best results leave lots of room between
each patty while cooking to give the best texture. Meanwhile, mix all the dipping sauce
ingredients together in a bowl

5. Enjoy patties while still warm served with dipping sauce and topped with cucumber, pickles
or greens
